Currently, more than 80% of our activities are carried out at the customer’s premises. To that extent, the department operates a fleet of 18 company vehicles, mainly pick-ups tools and parts to attend to Customers all over the country.
From our office in Accra we have easy access to the country’s main airport with good connections to the wider West Africa region where we have undertaken service work and commissioned in Ivory Coast, Senegal, Nigeria, Benin, Cameroun, Guinea, Mali, Liberia, Togo, Sierra Leone and Burkina Faso in recent times. We also offer services to some other African countries like Mauritania, Tanzania Angola and Sudan.
SPARE PARTS
Our Spare Parts includes all fast moving items such as filters, electrical items, etc.
The procurement and supply of parts is done in the fastest possible way.Pasico utilized the latest communication technology to obtain parts from the principals, such as web-based ordering and electronic parts catalogues. The dispatch is done via express courier, e.g.DHL, or renowned freight forwarders, depending on the Customer’s needs.
The majority of the parts are stocked in Tema, but a consignment stock is held in Takoradi to cover machines with a service Contract.Emegency parts can be dispatched from the Tema stock to destinations within Ghana and in the wider West African region.
WARRANTY
Pasico give you that assurance that warranty issues are dealt with in a swift manner. Any defect covered by the principal’s warranty policy is immediately dealt with without any intervention from the customer. There is no need for the customer to place an order for parts or write reports in such instances.
As a gesture of goodwill, Pasico offer in addition to the standard warranty a complimentary first service, i.e. no labour charges.

SERVICE CONTRACTS
Following developments in the global industry, Pasico now offer customers a comprehensive service packages to cover the majority of maintenance work. This is based on monthly fee agreed with the customer and is very clear. This package includes preventive or periodic maintenance in accordance with a customized service checklist. Weekly greasing and checks, as well as 24 hour breakdown assistance.
AD HOC SERVICE.
Ad hoc service is available at mutually agreed rates.
OUT OF HOURS SERVICE
We are available for service issues 24/7, service contract or not.
